Current Positions
Cleaning Manager
Your normal rota will be
SUN 8-4, MON 8-12, THU 8-12, FRI 8-3, SAT 8-4 =30hrs
If you want to work more than 30 hrs per week there are more shifts available but you are not required to work more than 30 hrs/wk
You will need supervisory experience and cleaning experience.
We need you to organise and run the cleaning team.
The cleaning team are kitchen porters (KPs) and cleaners. You will be required to hire, train and supervise your team.
You will be required to manage all cleaning in the restaurant, Front of house (foh) cleaning and Kitchen cleaning.
You will also be trained on how to supervise 'special cleaning duties' like the deep fat fryer, the kitchen extraction system, the ice machine, the ovens and cookers etc.
This position would suit someone with hospitality and cleaning experience that is looking for more responsibility and better conditions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Waiter
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team.
As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently
Skills:
- Strong guest service skills
- Basic math skills for order taking and bill calculation
- Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary knowledge is a plus
- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
